We had a fun plumbing emergency on a Sunday but Tommy with SD Emergency Plumbing had zero problem solving our issue professionally and quickly! We love supporting small businesses and we will be specifically requesting Tommy in the future. The supervisor was also very responsive when making an appointment and explaining pricing. Will definitely book in the future because of Tommy and Hansel’s professionalism and great work!

Feels like a scam! I was quoted $125 for a late night call. I explained that a hole formed in my wall and needed it looked at. They get here and charge me the $125 + $625 saying that since the guy shined a flashlight in the already made hole that that is considered leak detection. It cost about $700 with nothing getting repaired and none of the money I already paid goes towards a repair. The tech new what needed to be done but could not tell me what the overall cost is going to be.
